Yin Yoga is a transformative practice in so many ways. Simply an antidote to modern-day life!
This passive practice involves variations of mainly seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Think long-held poses done on the floor with an emphasis on mindfulness and surrender rather than strength and perfect form.
This online session is open to all, no previous experience required. Please gather a couple of blocks, a bolster, a belt and a blanket. Namaste
